The 8th Galbán Solidarity March, aimed at supporting childhood cancer initiatives, successfully took place, drawing attention to the ongoing battle against this illness.
In addition to the march, a series of cultural activities were organised in the region. On Monday, 20 April, from 11:00 to 12:00, the local library visited the CPR of Arriondas. The following day, Tuesday, 21 April, at 11:00, the library hosted a storytelling session at the El Castañal school.
On Wednesday, 22 April, a creative workshop titled "Marcajginas creativos" was held at the library for young children. The celebrations continued on Thursday, 23 April, at 11:00, with a special event for World Book Day, featuring a performance by the Banda de Música de Pola de Sella.
Finally, on Friday, 24 April, at 17:00, the library offered an "Academy of Detectives" workshop led by Susana Gil, with registrations available at the Casa de Cultura.
