The initiative aims to familiarise businesses and professionals with this technology and facilitate its integration into daily operations.
This initiative is part of the Chamber's efforts to modernise the tourism business landscape by encouraging the adoption of digital tools that enhance work processes, improve customer service, and increase competitiveness and efficiency.
During the event, led by Growtur, participants will learn about specific applications of AI in areas such as communication, internal management, customer service, and sales. Additionally, the session will address how to enhance the visibility of tourism businesses to ensure they appear in recommendations generated by AI tools, an increasingly important aspect in travel planning and search processes.
