La Massana introduces free-to-use pianos to enhance community music access

The Comú of La Massana has made two free-to-use pianos available in public areas of the parish. The instruments are located in the lobby of the Closeta and in the Fontetes building, aiming to enhance access to music and foster local cultural spaces, as well as to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The pianos were installed a week ago, and the setup has now been completed with the addition of benches, allowing for comfortable use. Many residents have already taken the opportunity to play, with some sharing their experiences on social media.

This initiative is designed for both individuals with musical training and those who wish to simply explore the piano, practice a piece, or enjoy a moment of tranquillity during their day. Access is open to all, with a request for respect in handling the instruments. The two pianos are now fully operational and available for anyone in the community who wishes to sit down at the keyboard and immerse themselves in music.
