The latest edition of the Virolat festival has concluded in Ordino, showcasing new graffiti created over recent days by 13 participating artists. The festival aimed to revitalise empty spaces with vibrant street art.
Artists from both the local area and as far as Catalonia and France contributed to the exhibition of their works. Despite inclement weather during the event, the artists successfully completed their pieces, and most scheduled activities proceeded as planned.
This year's attendance surpassed that of previous editions, with nearly 500 participants engaging in various activities throughout the festival. The final day featured a rap improvisation session, which was a highlight of the programme, allowing both artists and audience members to showcase their talents.
The festival's ambition is to establish itself firmly within the country and to expand into more public spaces in the future.
