The conselleiro de Presidencia, Xustiza e Deportes, Diego Calvo, and the conselleiro de Facenda e Administración Pública, Miguel Corgos, participated in an official ceremony in A Coruña to honour the Virgen del Pilar, the patron saint of the Guardia Civil. The event was also attended by Belén do Campo, the delegate of the Xunta in A Coruña, along with Santiago Villanueva, the director general of Emergencies and Interior, and Judit Fontela, the director general of Mobility.
