The Youth Councilor Gala de la Calzada attended the Batalla de Promesas, an urban music concert held at the Centro Joven, featuring 25 local and visiting artists. This event was tailored for young people to explore the latest trends in a genre that is gaining popularity among the youth of Albacete.
De la Calzada emphasized that this concert is part of the alternative leisure programming prepared by the Centro Joven for the autumn season. This programming includes ten thematic spaces and a total of 16 training and participation activities, offering 600 spots for young participants.
The Batalla de Promesas serves as an opportunity for local musicians to present their creations to the public. It also provides a venue for many young people who find in the Centro Joven a space that aligns with their tastes and needs. This initiative reflects the City Council's commitment to opening new channels for participation and providing healthy leisure alternatives for the youth, who are considered the future of the city.
