The city of Móstoles is set to host the second edition of the music festival "Así suena Móstoles en Navidad" on December 12 in the Plaza de España, with a potential extension to December 13. This initiative, organized by the Móstoles City Council through its Department of Mobility, Transport, Consumption, and Festivities, aims to highlight local talent as part of the Christmas programming.
The festival is not competitive; instead, it serves as a cultural showcase for musicians from Móstoles to present their skills to the local audience. Participants must be either born in or currently residing in Móstoles, and there are no restrictions on age or musical genre.
To participate, groups must have at least one member who is a resident or native of Móstoles, who will act as the group's representative. Each group is required to submit a repertoire of three songs (originals or covers), with the stipulation that at least one song must be related to Christmas. The total number of songs performed will depend on the number of registered participants, and this will be communicated in advance by the organizers.
Interested artists can register by emailing the festival organizers with the subject line "Así suena Móstoles en Navidad" along with the name of their group or artist.
