Carmina Burana concert to be held in Almansa on 7 November

The Diputación de Albacete, in collaboration with the Regional Federation of Music Societies of Castilla-La Mancha and the Almansa City Council, is set to present a new performance of Carl Orff's renowned cantata, 'Carmina Burana'. The concert will take place on Saturday, 7 November, at 19:00 in the Teatro Regio of Almansa.

This musical production, which premiered on 10 January 2026 at the Teatro Circo de Albacete, continues its tour across the province with the aim of bringing one of the most celebrated works of the 20th-century musical repertoire to a wider audience.

The concert will be performed by the Provincial Symphonic Band of Albacete, conducted by José David Jareño. It will feature soprano Lucía Abad and baritone Valentín Petrovici, alongside the Jacinto Guerrero Choir.

Admission to the concert is free, but attendees must obtain an invitation through the platform www.giglon.es until capacity is reached.
