The mayor of Vigo, Abel Caballero, recently met with Javier Escobar, the artistic director, and María Alonso from the Vigo 430 orchestra. During the meeting, they discussed the orchestra's proposals for a new phase of development and expansion of their musical project.
Caballero conveyed the municipal government's support for the orchestra's activities, highlighting the talent, quality, and dedication demonstrated by the ensemble. The local government contributes €150,000 annually to support their initiatives.
Furthermore, Caballero indicated that the municipal government will explore opportunities for the orchestra's growth and expansion.
