The Municipal Sports Service of Hoyo de Manzanares is set to host the 2026/27 White Week at the Baqueira/Beret ski resort in the Lleida Pyrenees. The event will take place from 24 to 29 January 2027, with accommodation provided at the Era Garona hostel in Salardú for participants under 17 years old, and at the Hotel Urogallo in Vielha for adults.
Participants will depart on the morning of Sunday, 24 January, returning on Friday, 29 January after a week of skiing. Places are limited, and registration is open to schoolchildren from primary to secondary school (up to 17 years) and adults. It is important to note that primary school students must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Accommodation details
Accommodation will be as follows:
- Schoolchildren and adults: Era Garona hostel in Salardú.
- Adults: Hotel Urogallo in Vielha.
Schoolchildren travelling with their parents may stay at the Hotel Urogallo, subject to an additional fee.
What the trip includes
The package for schoolchildren includes:
- Five nights of half-board accommodation.
- Five days of ski passes/lifts.
- Five days of equipment rental (an €80 discount applies if the student brings their own ski equipment).
- Five days of ski lessons and guided skiing.
- Accident insurance and on-slope assistance.
- A guide throughout the stay.
- Support van.
- Return bus transport.
For adults, the package includes similar provisions, with five nights of half-board accommodation and accident insurance.
Pricing for the 2026/27 white week
Prices are as follows:
- €590 for students from IES Francisco Ayala and CEIP Virgen de la Encina, and child members of the Hoyo de Manzanares Sports Service.
- €630 for adults staying at the Era Garona hostel.
- €665 for adults and schoolchildren staying at the Hotel Urogallo.
An additional fee of €50 applies for non-members of the Sports Service and for schoolchildren who are not students at the designated schools.
Optional services
Optional services are available for an extra charge:
- Schoolchildren: Picnic lunch from the hostel (€30), on-slope meal ticket (€85).
- Adults: Picnic lunch from the hostel (€40), on-slope meal ticket (€100), ski lessons (€90), equipment rental (€80).
Booking conditions
Places are limited to 55 participants. To secure a reservation, a first payment of €200 is required via bank transfer, with the remaining balance due 30 days before departure. The bank account for transfers is ES55 0081 1393 7600 0113 0322, under the name NIMBUS EVENTOS DEPORTIVOS S.L.
