The winning number for the seventh edition of the Santander Vale+ campaign has been announced as 9,892. Beneficiaries will be able to start redeeming their vouchers from 16:00 on Monday, 26 October.
The Chamber of Commerce of Cantabria held the draw in the presence of a notary, as part of an initiative launched by the Santander City Council in collaboration with the chamber to promote consumption and invigorate local commerce.
The winning number means that 4,600 numbers between 9,892 and 14,014, as well as numbers 1 to 477, are eligible for the vouchers. Following the draw, codes for the beneficiaries have been generated, and SMS notifications have begun to inform them of the results and provide access to their vouchers.
This edition of Santander Vale+ has a municipal investment of €500,000 and offers a total of 46,000 vouchers worth €10 each, aimed at encouraging purchases in local shops. Each beneficiary can obtain up to 10 vouchers, amounting to €100 in discounts. For every purchase of €25, one €10 voucher can be used, allowing consumers to pay only €15, which represents a 40% saving.
The notary-drawn lottery system, aimed at residents of Santander, seeks to ensure an equitable distribution of vouchers among participants. The campaign will run until 24 November and is part of a collaborative agreement between the Santander City Council and the Chamber of Commerce of Cantabria, with the goal of supporting small businesses, stimulating economic activity, and promoting local shopping.
