Galicia promotes its tourism sector at the World Travel Market in London

A delegation of Galician tourism companies and entities is participating in the World Travel Market (WTM) in London from 3 to 5 November. This event is one of the leading international fairs in the tourism industry, held at the ExCeL exhibition centre in the British capital.

The mission aims to strengthen the presence of the Galician tourism sector in international markets, facilitate connections with operators and professionals from other countries, and generate new business opportunities for participating companies.

The delegation is led by the president of the Clúster Turismo de Galicia, Cesáreo Pardal, alongside vice president Jesús Picallo, treasurer Alfonso Martínez, and former president Francisco González, as well as Adolfo Neira and Manuel Veloso from the technical secretariat.

Also participating are representatives from Galicia Destino Sostible and professionals from various tourism companies, including Tee Travel, Vimbio, Carrís Hoteles, Viajes Interrías, Troulanda, Oca Hoteles, Hotel Boutique Faro Silleiro, Splainn Travel, Hotel Riazor, Autocares Bustelo, Huttopia Ibérica, and Sologrupos.

During the event, these companies will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services, engage in professional meetings, and establish commercial contacts with international tourism agents. The fair serves as a platform to highlight the diversity of Galician offerings, ranging from accommodation and tourism intermediation to specialised experiences and services linked to the destination.

This participation in the WTM is part of the Clúster Turismo de Galicia's strategy to promote the internationalisation of the tourism business fabric, enhance competitiveness, and strengthen Galicia's positioning as a destination in key source markets.
