04/11/2026 The General San Fermín committee has convened for its last meeting of the year, focusing on the organisation and management of five collaborative festive spaces for the upcoming Sanfermines in 2027. These spaces will be situated in the parks of Antoniutti and Taconera, Bosquecillo, the Plaza de la Virgen de la O, and the parking area of the Ciudadela society.
The meeting, which serves as a consultative, informative, and participatory body, included over 50 associations and groups, alongside municipal representatives. It took place in the Area of Culture and was chaired by Maider Beloki Unzu, the councillor for Culture, Festivals, and Sports, with the area director, Iñigo Gómez Eguiluz, in attendance.
The initial proposal from the city council, as discussed during the meeting, aims to replicate the distribution of festive spaces used in the previous edition of the celebrations, taking into account the positive attendance figures and the suitability of these locations for the various managing entities.
The meeting's objective was to confirm the willingness of these associations and groups to collaborate in programming the upcoming Sanfermines while maintaining the same spaces for their activities as previously arranged.
During the last Sanfermines, the Vistabella area in Taconera hosted the Nafarroa Oinez stage, featuring a programme that included dances, street bands, and musical concerts. Meanwhile, the Plaza de la Virgen de la O was reserved for the Herri SanFerminak platform, which advocates for a self-managed festive model and organised a wide range of events and concerts.
In Bosquecillo, the Federation of Regional Houses of Navarra set up stands representing the communities of Aragón, Cantabria, Castilla y León, Extremadura, Galicia, and the Valencian Community. The offering was completed with a stage granted to DLC Kultur in Taconera, located in the parking area in front of the CDSCM La Ciudadela sports club, where DJ sessions and electronic music events took place, and with a stage allocated to the Diversity Collectives in Antoniutti Park, which became an intercultural meeting space.
