Granollers launches call for cultural projects and activities support

Granollers has announced a new call for applications to support cultural activities and projects initiated by local entities and residents. This initiative, which will remain open until 29 October, seeks to enhance the cultural associative fabric and promote citizen engagement in the cultural life of the city.

The Granollers City Council has made available a total of €9,000 in competitive grants aimed at supporting cultural activities and projects developed throughout 2026 by non-profit organisations and individuals based in the city. Applications can be submitted via the council's electronic headquarters.

The objectives of this call include fostering cultural projects and activities in Granollers, reinforcing the cultural associative fabric, and encouraging active and creative citizenship. The initiative supports projects that embody values such as diversity, creativity, expression, sustainability, innovation, inclusion, social and cultural value, dynamic identity, participation, accessibility, gender perspective, and proximity.

Interested entities and individuals may submit only one application, and the funded activities must take place between 1 January and 31 December 2026. To be eligible, applicants must have their registered office or primary activity in Granollers. Non-profit organisations must also be registered with the Municipal Register of Entities.

This call reflects the Granollers City Council's commitment to supporting the city's cultural initiatives and creating opportunities for local entities and creators to develop projects that enrich the municipality's cultural life and encourage citizen participation.
