Tourism board visits Solsonès to explore promotional projects

The Vice President of the Tourism Board of the Lleida Provincial Council, Juan Antonio Serrano, and the director of the organisation, Juli Alegre, visited Solsonès on Monday to assess projects implemented through an annual plan designed to support regional councils in promoting tourism, which is backed by a budget of €460,000.

During the visit, they met with the president of the council, M. Claustre Sunyer, the regional tourism councillor, Xavier Vilalta, and tourism technicians from Solsonès, Esther Santaulària and Ester Sabata. Serrano emphasised the importance of coordination between the Tourism Board and the councils to ensure effective tourism promotion that aligns with the needs of each region.

He also stated that “Solsonès has significant tourism potential, and meetings like the one held on Monday help us define concrete action lines to continue positioning our destination.”
