The Linguistic Normalisation Commission of the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences is launching the third edition of the 'Mocidade ao Mando: Exploring the Economy and Business' competition. This initiative targets secondary school students, aiming to connect youth with economic and business concepts through the creation of short videos in Galician.
The competition is open to students from compulsory secondary education (ESO), vocational training, and baccalaureate programmes in educational centres across Galicia. Participants can form teams of up to three students, guided by a teacher.
Videos must last between 30 and 90 seconds and should focus on a topic related to economy or business, entirely produced in Galician. The deadline for submissions is 16 November at 14:00.
Once the video is completed, participants (or their representatives) must fill out and send the registration form to ecoade.decanato@usc.gal, with the subject line 'Mocidade ao Mando: Exploring the Economy and Business'.
The competition offers prizes for the top three entries, with the first prize valued at €400, the second at €300, and the third at €200.
