Two companies have submitted offers to purchase a municipal flat situated on the first floor of the Balcón de Europa building in Nerja. The deadline for submissions has now passed, and the council's Economy and Finance councillor, Ángela Díaz, has announced that the Contracting Committee has convened to review the proposals.
Díaz stated that the committee will prepare a recommendation for the competent authority to approve the sale. She emphasised that the proceeds from the sale will be used to fund new municipal projects, in accordance with legal requirements.
The flat, which spans 149.52 square metres, is located in a prime area adjacent to the Paseo Balcón de Europa, a key tourist attraction in Nerja.
