The USC's Cultural Autumn Photographic Marathon, focusing on the theme of 'Houses', has brought together nearly fifty participants who captured photographs over the weekend. They are competing for the Carlos Valcárcel Award for the best photograph related to the theme, the Eduardo Ochoa Award for the best free-themed photograph, and the Public's Choice Award, which will be voted on during the prize-giving ceremony on 3 November at 20:15 in the Intercentres Library on the Lugo campus.
This year's jury includes Eduardo Ochoa, Teresa Valcárcel, and Adra Pallón. A total of 12 photographs will be selected for exhibition at the Intercentres Library from 3 November to 14 December, with an additional 12 images chosen to feature in the Lugo Cultural 2027 calendar.
