The Teatre Principal in Palma hosted one of the most emotional evenings of the season as Jaume Anglada returned to the stage, performing at home in front of a full house filled with warmth and celebration. Under the title 30 anys després, the artist took the audience on a journey through three decades of his career, from his early albums to the present day.
Accompanied by musicians Sergio Llopis on piano, Teo Salvà on drums, Juanan Torrandell on double bass, and Jaume Blázquez on trumpet, Anglada performed a selection of songs that have profoundly impacted him and resonated with his fans. The concert was a sold-out event, with tickets disappearing weeks in advance, and the audience's response matched the high expectations, creating an atmosphere of excitement and emotion.
Among the attendees were Llorenç Galmés, the president of the Consell de Mallorca, and Antònia Roca, the vice president and consellera of Culture and Heritage. Both officials shared in the celebration, conveying their recognition and congratulations to Anglada for his thirty-year career and his much-anticipated return, which has been embraced by the entire island.
On Monday, Anglada is set to release Domingo de invierno, an unreleased album that he introduced during the concert presentation.
