The city council of Lleida is expanding the bus service to the cemetery in preparation for the Tots Sants festival. On 31 October and 1 November, line L7 will maintain its weekday frequency, with buses arriving every 12-13 minutes. Additionally, the parking area serving the cemetery will be improved, and the local police will increase their presence to manage traffic and ensure the safety of visitors.
The Municipal Cemetery operates year-round from 9 am to 7 pm without a midday closure. The council has also made available a feature on the Public Health Department's website to help locate burial sites within the cemetery. By entering the name and surname of the deceased, users can find the sector, niche number, and row where the remains are interred. This service includes a map of the cemetery and directions to the burial site.

In conjunction with the Tots Sants celebrations, the Flower Market in Lleida will be open from 28 October to 1 November. This year, five stalls will offer natural flowers specifically for the occasion. The market is located on Avenida Marie Curie in the Copa de Oro area, which provides ample parking and accessibility. Market hours are from 9 am to 8 pm, except on Sunday when it will close at 1 pm.
