From 27 September to 29 November, the Auditorio Diputación in Tarragona will present a new edition of the Cicle de Cinema en Versió Original, showcasing a selection of ten auteur films in their original language with subtitles. This programme is complemented by the Cicle Gaudí, which focuses on Catalan cinema.

The Diputación has curated a diverse lineup of films from countries including Iran, Taiwan, Belgium, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Colombia, Denmark, and the United States, with screenings scheduled every Sunday at 18:30.

This initiative continues the institution's commitment to providing a stable, high-quality, and accessible cultural programme, enhancing the local cinematic landscape with works that have had limited exposure in the region's theatres.

Starting on 24 September, the Cicle Gaudí will also resume its screenings, which are organised by the Academy of Catalan Cinema to promote Catalan productions. These sessions will take place on the last Thursday of each month at 18:30.

The programme will kick off on 27 September with Mi postre favorito, directed by Maryam Moghadam and Behtash Sanaeeha, telling the poignant story of an elderly woman seeking to rekindle her romantic life. Subsequent films include Left-handed Girl on 4 October, Les Baronnes on 11 October, and Pillion on 18 October, among others.

Other highlights include No hay otra opción by acclaimed South Korean director Park Chan-wook on 25 October, Un poeta on 1 November, and Incontrolable on 8 November. The series will conclude with Si pudiera, te daría una patada on 22 November and Buena suerte, pásalo bien, no mueras on 29 November, a unique blend of comedy and science fiction directed by Gore Verbinski.

All screenings will occur on Sundays at 18:30 at the Auditorio Diputación, located on Calle de Pere Martell in Tarragona. Tickets are priced at €6 and can be purchased one hour before each screening at the auditorium's lobby.

The Cicle Gaudí will also feature its first autumn screening on 24 September with Tres adioses by Isabel Coixet, followed by Balandrau, vent salvatge by Fernando Trullols in October. Tickets for this cycle are available for €4.50, with discounts for vulnerable groups, and can also be bought one hour prior to the showings.
