The XVI festival del cante 'Posada Flamenca', organised by the Peña Flamenca Los de Montoya y Chacón, is set to take place in Tomelloso, a town in the province of Ciudad Real known for its rich cultural heritage. This year’s festival will showcase a remarkable array of artistic talent.
Renowned cantaor Ezequiel Benítez will perform, accompanied on guitar by Paco León. The cantaora Paqui Redondo will be supported by Luis 'Calderito' on guitar. The dance segment will feature Yolanda Osuna, who will be accompanied by traditional handclaps and cajón rhythms.
Juan Ortega, who has been the festival's presenter since its inception, will once again take on this role. However, this year marks a significant moment as he bids farewell to his long-standing position.
