The local government of Vigo has officially partnered with Disney+ to enhance the city's Christmas festivities. This collaboration, approved by the Xunta de Gobierno, aims to create memorable experiences for both residents and visitors.
As part of the agreement, a parade featuring Disney+ themes will take place on Saturday, 14 November, at 17:00 on García Barbón Street. This event is set to immerse attendees in the enchanting world of Disney, designed specifically for the holiday season.
The collaboration includes two major initiatives: the installation of a three-dimensional decorative display on Policarpo Sanz Street, which will feature advanced lighting technology, visual effects, and urban interaction. Additionally, the parade along García Barbón will showcase large inflatable characters from Disney+, accompanied by costumed performers and distinctive choreography and music.
This partnership not only aims to enhance the festive atmosphere but also seeks to elevate Vigo's international profile, while providing Disney+ with a platform to engage in one of Spain's most celebrated Christmas events.
