This week, Teatro de la Laboral will feature a concert by María José Llergo, a performance by David Cepo, and the show Mambrú volvió de la guerra by Factoría Teatro.
On Friday, 6 November, at 20:00, María José Llergo will present her new album, El Juego, in a stage experience that reflects tradition, experimentation, and a profound artistic quest. Born in Pozoblanco, Llergo has established herself as one of the most unique and innovative voices in contemporary Spanish music. As a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, her work is characterised by a fusion of tradition and avant-garde within flamenco, broadening the genre's boundaries and connecting with global audiences.
Comedian David Cepo will perform on Saturday, 7 November, with two shows at 17:30 and 20:30. He will take the audience on a journey through everything he has learned to date, featuring new material, routines, and gags, while still embracing what has made him one of the country's top comedians.
For families, Factoría Teatro will present Mambrú volvió de la guerra on Sunday, 8 November, at 17:30. This award-winning show, which received the SGAE Children's Theatre Award in 2022, follows Noa as she accidentally discovers a buried doll in the park. The porcelain soldier recounts his past in the village but struggles to remember his name or how he ended up there. With her family's help, Noa will attempt to piece together the puzzle so that the doll can find his place.
