The first event of the 'Músicas Clásicas' cycle, organised in collaboration with the 'Pro Música de Molina de Segura' Association, will take place on 16 October at 20:00 in the Teatro Villa de Molina, located at Avenida del Chorrico, nº 10.
The recital, featuring the renowned four-hand piano composition 'Goyescas' by Enrique Granados, will be performed by the duo Pedro Valero and Miguel Ángel Rodríguez. Tickets are priced at €9.
This performance, which benefits from the artistic collaboration of Pepe and Helio Yagües, marks the beginning of the Teatro Villa de Molina's programming from October 2026 to January 2027.
'Goyescas', meaning 'in the style of Goya', is Granados' masterpiece, inspired by the works of the celebrated Spanish painter Francisco de Goya, who depicted an idealised and refined vision of Spain in his art. The Valero-Rodríguez duo will present a vibrant interpretation for four hands, accompanied by images and explanatory texts.
Advance ticket sales are available Monday to Friday at the Teatro's offices (Avenida del Chorrico, nº 10, telephone 968 64 02 68, from 09:00 to 14:00), and at the theatre box office on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 19:00, as well as two hours before each performance.
